Seattle WA – The Senate passed a continuing resolution (CR) bill that funds the federal government through December, 9. The 72-26 vote passes H.R. Bill 5325 and sends the legislation back to the House for a vote. The House has until midnight September 30 to pass the Bill and send it to the President for signature.
The CR includes a short-term extension of the EB-5 Regional Center, giving the EB-5 stakeholders ten weeks to work with lawmakers to achieve long-term reauthorization of the program.
